Friends are so good to have, and college friends are especially good to have! I'm so blessed to have made some of the great friends that I have at UE! So, in no particular order, here's a little about each of them!

Jenny Hayes-- There's just so much I could tell you about Jenny! She's a Hoosier native, from a town in central Indiana called Carbon (you know, like the element). If you've ever heard of Carbon, Indiana, please email Jenny and tell her all about it! She loves Jesus , her best friend Amanda, who lives in Hawaii (they got to sing back up for Don Ho!), Chris O'Donnell, botany, John Phillip Sousa, Romanian Gymnasts, Michael W. Smith, and a myriad of other things! She's a senior at UE and she's majoring in Biology Education. She's got a quirky, but incredibly loveable sense of humor! Oh, and she's also one of my roommate (I have five of them)! And here's an American flag for her to enjoy!

Jody-Dale McKain-- Jody is another roommate. She loves Jesus, her dad, her boyfriend, NSync, Kenny Chesney, the color orange, and country music! She has a wonderful view of the world and always makes me laugh! Originally from Brownstown, Indiana she's a special education major and also a senior at UE. You could email Jody to say hello!

Stephanie Mullins--Steph is another roommate! She's a senior business major who transferred to UE from Mount Vernon Nazarene College last Fall, and she's so much fun to room with! So far, she has two nicknames: Step On Me and Stephanitly. She loves Jesus, Chris, butter pecan ice cream (which makes her do really weird things), ironing EVERYTHING, and Martha Stuart. And Chris Spieth is her boyfriend! Steph is super and we have tons of fun together!

Angie Boutwell--Angie is a senior archaeology and art history double major at UE who is originally from Greenwood, Indiana. She's a Christian and loves anything artistic, anything Beatles, and all kinds of movies, music and lots of other fun stuff! She's also really fun to watch TV with! Angie's just got back from an exciting semester in Greece and a summer trip to Italy--she should be all ready to live in the best apartment on campus--ours!

Kelly Dervin-- Kelly is such a sweetheart! She's a senior elementary education major at UE, and she's always doing the sweetest things for her friends! It makes all of us so happy :) It especially makes me happy that she's yet another roommate.

Steve Hart--Steve is a Biblical Studies major at UE and has no idea what he's going to do when he gets out of here! He's originally from a town in Indiana that almost no one has ever heard of called Ossian. He loves Jesus, the outdoors, his computer, his friends, music (Christian music, of course!), and a ton of other things that I'm sure I'm missing! Chris Spieth--Chris is one of the rudest, meanest guys I know! Just kidding, Chris! He's actually a very sweet guy that I met somewhere in the midst of my freshman year at UE. He's a Christian, has a great girlfriend, and a computer engineering major too! He enjoys messing around on his computer (Macintosh, of course) and doing technical stuff like that! Jerry Wise Jerry is also a junior at UE! He is a Christian and comes from Brentwood, Tennessee, which is right around Nashville. He also loves music and has a beautiful voice! I'm so glad to have him as a friend!

Shawna Koop Shawna is a sophomore and one of my newest UE friends. I met her through our jobs at East Side Christian Childcare. Koop is a Christian, has a great sense of humor, and is just so darn cute! She's involved in Intervarsity Christian Fellowship, is an alternate R.A., and loves to hang out with all kinds of people. She's a great friend and I'm blessed to know her!
